I apologize for being so sickeningly absent! I kid you not, we've been pretty much run off our feet here. T_T' We're on uni holidays now, and we were working pretty much non-stop during uni which was kind of why I went absent for so long. We do have internet back now, we got it back a while ago, but like I said; super busy!
I've accumulated masses and masses of messages, I kind of had to go through and delete all the journals, because I had in excess of 700, and I simply don't have the time to read them all, I'm really sorry. If something epicically important or amazing has happened, please let me know!
I tend to update my livejournal slightly more because I don't mind posting random screamy all-caps posts there, and I try to keep here slightly more organized! ^^
I AM still doing artwork, but again, it's been really really busy and I haven't posted or really finished anything. Heaps has been going on; even after uni there was two weeks of comedy at South Bank (which is where Rekkar and I live) and we've been going to that and meeting comedians and such, which is handy because Rekkar and I are trying to start ourselves up as comedians now!
The next page of Synth is pretty much finished, I've just been a bit too embarassed to upload it considering how LONG IT HAS TAKEN, and because I don't think I'm really going to be able to draw out the rest of it. *EPIC FAIL CRYING BAWLING* But! I do have a great idea of how I think I can actually get the rest of my story arc out and have it not just be a story. What if I did like an illustrated story? I'm still utterly obsessed with the characters and worlds and everything that I've wound into Synth so I don't want people to think that I'm just abandoning the project. (Caretaker, I still love you even though we never seem to talk on MSN anymore probably because I've been so busy I'm really sorry! <3)
What do people think? I don't think I can continue Synth as a full comic story; it's really difficult for me to create comics 'coz I'm pretty much terrible at it. xD but what would people think if I kind of did an illustrated story? I like to think that I'm quite good at writing, and I could do various stages of artwork for it. Sketches, full coloured things, whatever I had time to do. I could make like an LJ community and post it all there or something. I could also post other things I've done relating to the story/characters (like a fanmix; helpmeI'mapatheticfangirl)
If I had a subscription I'd make a poll about this, but.. yeah. I dunno. I also still really want to animate the little character battle we had ideas for, Caretaker; I don't know if I'll have the time but I still desperately want to. xD Anyway.
Oh! I'm going to England at the end of the year! With Rekkar! We're going to London and travelling around from the 30th of November to the 3rd of Janurary; we have to be in Manchester by the 23rd of December beacause we're seeing the Mighty Boosh live but that's about it! We'd love to meet up/stay with people, etc!
AAaaaannd I'm going to Melbourne on the 15th-19th of July! SCRIIIIII. I WILL BE SO CLOSE BUT SO FAR. <33
Anywaaayy, I hope everybody is well and stuff, and now that we've got a little bit of actual REAL FREE TIME OH GOD FREE TIME I'll try really hard to up to date my artwork and stuff here and stay active! I've got about 2000 deviations to get through, which is going to be unpleasant without a subscription, to say the least! XD Huzzah!
I LOVE EVERYBODY

As for Synth (ahh I must see the next page!), an illustrated story sounds good! The comics are awesome, but I think an illustrated story would be equally awesome!
And... ahhhhhhh! July's come so fast! Ohmaan I reallyreally want to see Wicked, but I don't think I have the money for the tickets.
Haha anyway, have fun in England (sounds so fun, eee!) and good luck with the ABC competition. :D <33

I was having a ball doing the comics, I think it's just a little bit too draining? And the story has quite a way to go, so I think it might be easier to do an illustrated story instead and it's more likely to be done at a reasonable pace that way as well. Otherwise it could simply take forever. I might still do clumps of it as comics, but perhaps not full colour? I dunno.
Ohman. It would be so great if we could meet uuuppp, 'coz we're gonna be down there for so long. We're staying in the CBD, so it should be AWESOME. We're just gonna be running around rampant! bwahaha. And that's a real shame about not being able to afford to go! But I can definately tell you about it! ^__^

And, you're becoming a COMEDIAN?! OH, I WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU ON TV!!! I would be a fan of your art AND your humorous jokes! XD
Synth? Oh I was waiting for so long and I thought you died! D: I'm glad you wrote a journal about how you were BUSY, not dead. XD
And illurstrated story also sounds really good about now! I would love to be able to know your writing style! Just like how artists have different styles, writers have different styles, too. :3
And I JUST noticed that you don't have a sub anymore!

I'm at home now, ofc, but my Internet is awful here.
And you get to go to England. I am beyond jealous. England is my favorite place in the entire world.
I hope you enjoy your break muchly!

Time to watch the fun...
Well, a mix is always good, too! As long as you enjoy working on it, it'll turn out awesome. :D
Oh, the city is only about 15 minutes drive from my place! Ahhh I wish my parents would let me meet up with you guys. Again, so close yet so far! But you can tell me all the places you go (and of course, Wicked) and next time I go there I'll be like 'THEY WERE HERE TOO!' haha? xD
Ohh a radio show! That's so neat. :D I'm sure they'll love what you guys do! Haha just reading your journal/comment made me really happy (too much positive influence, nooo! xD), and though it's not really the same, you guys always seem so chipper and I'm sure you'd be awesome as comedians! <33

And yeah, comedians! Well, we're trying to anyway. It's a long slog to actually get onto TV. ;D We're starting with very low key things; stand up in small groups and stuff. I guess we'll just have to see how everything goes! We may try and create a kind of pilot radio episode or two which we can put online for people to download for free and see if they like it!
And I really apologize for being away for so long! But I'm not dead! Injuries; yes! Fell down stairs, ran into a tow-bar on the back of someones car, had a very minor car crash (although that one was more expensive than painful! XD) but SOLDIERING ON! hehehe. =D
I've been doing a lot of writing while I've been offline and stuff, mostly for different fandoms and things, nothing with my own characters or for Synth. What I've got for Synth so far is more of a very dodgily written script because the storytelling had to happen visually; but I find it easier and quicker to write when I'm so busy. So I'm glad people aren't completely adverse to the idea, and I agree- I like seeing people's writing styles as well! hehe. ^_^
Yeah, my sub ran out ages ago, but I didn't bother renewing it 'coz I didn't have internet anyway! Wheee!
*hugs!*

I'm mostly worried that I won't have the time to finish it as just a fan-comic, so I thought perhaps an illustrated fan-story would be the best way to keep it going, because I don't want it to just disappear due to university being busy and everything! ^_^
I KNOW omg. I wish we had time to go to America as well! I mean, it's not really the time, it's the MONEY. xD We're using most of our live savings to go, so far it's cost us almost $3k just for tickets, insurance and our tickets to The Mighty Boosh Live show! O:
*huggles* But at least England is a bit closer! eee<3 Australia is so much in the middle of nowhere. xD

I am still alive, despite popular belief! ehehe.
And yeah, I can often flit around with my obsessions a real lot, but I never really tend to leave them behind. Often I'll go through a period where I'll be really obsessed with one thing and then move on to another, but I still like the last ones too? But everything about Synth and CoN and Endzone and EVERYTHING I'm still way too obsessed with. xD I've just been so epically busy I haven't been able to do anything on it. O:
Hooray for fan-compliations! I've been working on one while I have been offline, and so I guess I'll just keep seeing how that goes. It's a kind of pairing mix (.__.''' ) and it's hard to pick songs that are relevant when there's HEAPS that could be good. And then the feel of the song has to be nice enough; I've found a lot that kind of work, but are a little too aggressive or really sad. Hehe. ^_^ I'll probably make more than one, I think what I'll end up doing is making a little livejournal community specifically for Synth, for easy ordering of things and I can just post it all there. haha.
ENGLAND. A lot of Australians that we've spoken to have said England is miserable and wet and blahblahblah, but I'm really glad to hear people saying that they like it there! ^_^ I'm really looking forward to going and meeting up with friends from online and stuff! =D
