Teloka's Journal, Apr29th 2009:

"Point 1: The house has sold, the new owners are letting us stay on until the end of our lease on the first of December."

Whyyy do you lie to meeee?

Today the new owner came around for the first time, apparently he has only just gotten ownership of the house today. So he turned up and said hello, and then said;

"My wife and I we're going to move in and renovate-"
_{Yes, that sounds about right, we heard you had plans to renovate at the end of the year?}

"in about three weeks, get everything going, you know?"
_{Wait... what?}

"Then we'll be moving in and staying-"
_{Hang on, what was that about three weeks..?}

"Well we were going to move in in two weeks, but apparently because you're students you have university exams at the moment, so we thought we should be nice and wait until after then."
_{No, our lease is until the end of the year....}

"Ah, well you see, your lease isn't through an agent, so it's got no standing in the long run."
_{But... We got told we could stay... until then? And that's a contract.. right}

"Yeah, it's a contract, but it's a pretty weak one, so. Is three weeks good?"


No, no it's not at all. I wanted 6 more months.. No chance to argue or anything, he said it like we were meant to know we were expected to be out in three weeks...

And tomorrow I have a huge mid-year presentation on our year long final project, and the heads of school will be there to assess us and I'm already terrified and stressed enough as it is coz I so scared of speeches, and after that I have 7 days to complete the animation which I was asking for help for in the last journal, and I haven't started properly yet because I've been working on this mid-year presentation and..... *cries*
